Akhirnya setelah hampir 8 tahun bertahan dengan TV Philips 14″, kemarin Ted membeli TV LCD Samsung LA32A450C1. Untuk sementara ukuran TV baru ini masih kebesaran untuk ukuran kamar tidur yang saat ini ditempati, tapi ga apa, karena menurut rencana, kamar tidur masa depan kami berukuran minimal 6×4 meter

Lagi kepengen makan nasi gandul khas Pati nih. Kalau pas pulang ke Kudus sih gampang tinggal ke warung di gang tiga. Tapi di Surabaya sini jarang yang jual. Waktu browsing di internet nemu Warung Muria di jalan Bratang Binangun, Manyar Megah Indah Bl A/39, yang katanya menyajikan nasi gandul khas Pati.

Resep nasi gandul ini aku dapat dari majalah Femina. Kapan-kapan mau nyoba masak sendiri, kayaknya sih membuatnya cukup gampang.

Bahan-bahan
1 kg daging sapi (has dalam)
10 siung bawang putih, haluskan
2 sdt ketumbar, disangrai
4 cm kencur, memarkan
4 cm jahe, memarkan
1,5 sdt garam
3/4 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt merica putih
4 sdm kecap manis
1500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa parut

Cara membuat:
Rebus daging sapi hingga empuk. Potong-potong ukuran 1 cm.
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, kencur dan jahe hingga harum. Tambahkan garam, gula pasir, merica putih dan kecap manis, aduk rata.
Tuang santan lalu masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
Masukkan daging, masak sampai bumbu meresap.
