Aku memang hobi banget komputeran. Waktu mulai hamil bulan kelima apalagi, banyak jam kuhabiskan di depan komputer. Sejak Kenzo lahir, otomatis jadwal komputeran berkurang drastis. Minggu pertama apalagi, cuma sempet cek email dan browsing bentar banget, itupun keperluannya cari info tentang bayi. Soalnya mesti nyolong waktu di sela-sela jadwal istirahat yang singkat banget.

Mulai pertengahan minggu kedua, aku mulai belajar ngASI sambil komputeran. Ternyata bisa. Keuntungannya, ga perlu lagi nyolong-nyolong waktu yang harusnya dipake istirahat. Apalagi Kenzo kalo ngASI lumayan lama, sekitar setengah sampe satu jam. Jadi habis ngASI mama dan bayinya bisa sama-sama tidur.

Gak tiap kali ngASI pasti komputeran dong. Kadang sambil nonton TV, kadang kalo lagi ngantuk sambil tiduran miring, atau sambil curhat dan nyanyi ke bayinya. Oya, aku mulai belajar nyanyi lagu anak-anak nih. Habis sudah banyak lagu yang liriknya lupa. Oya so far Kenzo paling gampang tidur kalo dinyanyiin lagu Silent Night. Dan kayaknya dia paling bosen kalo dinyanyiin Twinkle-twinkle Little Star he he…

There are many web hosting company out there offering their services all with their own uniqueness and advantage of their offer.

I have a bad experience with my old web hosting. Like I mentioned in my previous post, after I hosted my blog in a free hosting service and I decided to move to a paid one, I just pick one web hosting company that my friend recommended. It was very cheap because my friend was like a reseller and decided to give all of the discounts for me. He took nothing from it.

I know beside prize there were other things we need to consider in choosing the web hosting service, but that time the other factors were not that important for me.

JAKARTA, SABTU – Kekhawatiran bahwa menyusui akan menyebabkan payudara kendur, hanyalah sebuah mitos yang tak terbukti kebenarannya. Presenter Sophie Navita, yang menyusui kedua anaknya mengatakan, mitos tersebut tidak benar. Payudara kendur, kata Sophie, karena kehamilan yang menyebabkan perubahan hormon.

“Payudara memble, itu karena hamil dan perubahan hormon bukan karena menyusui. Kalau nggak mau memble, ya jangan hamil,” ujar Sophie dalam Obrolan Santai “Kembali ke ASI, Sebuah Pilihan Bijak”, di Senayan City, Jakarta Selatan, Sabtu (9/8) sore.

Dalam sebuah buku panduan yang diperbanyak oleh World Vision Indonesia, disebutkan 45 mitos dan fakta tentang ASI. Ingin tahu? Inilah mitos (M) dan fakta (F) tersebut.

1. M : Menyusui menyebabkan payudara kendur. F : Payudara kendur disebabkan oleh bertambahnya usia dan kehamilan.
