Resep Bolu Kukus
Resep bolu kukus dari mama.
Bahan:
- 375 gr terigu
- 250 gr gula halus
- 2 butir telur
- 225 cc limun
- 1 sdt sp/ovalet
- 1 sdt essence
Cara membuat
Telur, gula, essence dikocok sampai kaku. Masukkan ovalet, kocok lagi sampai rata. Masukkan limun sedikit demi sedikit bergantian dengan terigu sambil terus dikocok sampai rata. Taruh di cetakan, kukus 15 menit.
